Principal

Will has over 30 years of experience acquiring, financing and developing all types of commercial and multi-family properties including industrial, office, retail, data centers, townhomes and apartments.

After joining Triumph Group in 2015, the company developed the 140-unit Stonesthrow four-plex development in Meridian, ID and the 60-unit Cottages at Stonesthrow townhome development in Boise, ID.

Prior to joining Triumph Group, Will’s opportunistic real estate company, California Acquisition & Development Company (CADC), formed joint ventures with several equity funds and prominent operating partners. In 2011, CADC formed a joint venture with Menlo Equities to purchase a 400,000 sf warehouse building in Irvine, CA. After making value-added improvements the building was leased to Amazon.com and Savvis Data Centers (now Cyxtera Inc.).

In 2008, Will co-founded Fortune Data Centers, which built its first data center in the Silicon Valley and leased it to Facebook and Nippon Telegraph & Telephone. Fortune Data Centers was sold in 2013 to Informart Data Centers.

In 2004, Will formed a joint venture with Virtu Investments and syndicated suburban office building investments in several cities throughout the US including Denver, Indianapolis, Sacramento and San Fransisco. In addition, Will partnered with Open Path Investments to purchase an apartment complex in Utah and formed another partnership to acquire a retail and office building in San Diego.

From 2008 to 2011, Will worked as VP of Acquisitions and Finance for F&F Technology Partners. F&F Technology Partners acquired and built data centers in nine cities across the country.

Will’s work experience includes consulting for several Bay Area real estate companies on the acquisition and development of office, industrial and retail projects. These companies included well known firms such as MacFarlane Partners, Harvest Properties and Peter Sullivan & Associates.

Previous real estate experience included over 13 years of commercial real estate financing positions with Commercial Bank of San Fransisco, First Interstate Mortgage Company and Northland Financial Company.

Will’s undergraduate degree is from UC Berkeley and he earned his MBA from UCLA.

Max joins our team with varied experience ranging from medical device sales for the multi-national organization Smith & Nephew, to tax accounting for mid level CPA firms and home consulting for AirBnB’s high-end subsidiary Luxury Retreats. In his free time, Max enjoys guiding fly fishing trips for our valley’s local fly shop, Sun Valley Outfitters
